pc grow early flowering

I got PC grow box with two 100 watt CFLs its been about two weeks from seed at a 24/0 light schedule.. what I want to do is turn it to 12/12 next week that'll be 3 weeks from seed my plant will only have its first set of leaves I know the yield will be minimal I wanna know if this is possible any help will be awesome I have know idea the strain seeing it is a bag seed
