pc grow box lights

Hello, everyone! I've set up my pc grow box and I would like to know how to automate the lights to turn on/off at a specified time. Also, if I'm about to grow an autoflower, which is the best light cycle?

i would suggest you do not grow an auto in a pc case, auto's get too tall for a pc tower, you need a standard plant, so you can force it to flower soon , so you dont outgrow your space
buy a timer at any hardware store,

i have a good friend who grows autos, his get to be about 3 feet tall over all, with nice yeilds, but he uses a tent

thank you for your response! can you please suggest some strains that would behave nice in a such environment?

normal indica strains, they grow compact, such as northern lights, get fem seeds , many pc grows start out 12 12 from seed
