PC Case grow - Keeping it light-sealed.

I am trying to figure out how to keep light from coming out of the fans?

should i use a foam of some kind? orsome kind of air-tunnel?

problem is it's a pc case with not much room for maneuvers...

THANKS!

i used an air tunnel
made it from aluminum foil, something like a drier vent
exhaust points downward
there is some light, but is less, and pointing it down it's not so noticeable

you mean the tunnel comes out of the box and not inward... hmmm, good idea. Maybe a plastic "roof" tilted 60deg downwards from the top of the vents... like so-> /|fan|
i don't want it to be too suspicious...

Thanks for the idea anyway!

What about cutting a small hole in the wall and putting the PC case next to it; having the fan exhaust directly into the wall? I dont know where you live but here it's dry enough so no mold would form. There would be zero light and it would help smell alot.

the rear of the pc is usually not that noticeable, depends a lot on where is located/situated
basically, you need some kind of tubing/plunbing to vent through the fan and reduce the light
but the stealth won't be perfect
to do that you would need to build a false back to the case, which will be fairly involved

Thanks!
I also thought of placing a plywood as a buffer between the fans and the rest of the case (inside the case). ofcourse the plywood would have a hole on the bottom or upper side as opposed to the place of the fans (if the fans are outtake-upper the hole is at the bottom and vice-versa).
