i shar e a similar concern with foulmouth on ly the other direction. see i dont know if yall have been paying attention to DUI enforcement and prosecution as of late but we are all fucked. http://azcapitoltimes.com/news/2013/08/09/medical-marijuana-use-and-driving-could-mean-a-dui/
now here comes the state tracking system. and the state is serious about tracking all the marijuana in the state. just this past saturday the dhs system was down and no dispensaries could sell any meds. the state is recording when where how much and at what frequency people are buying and the dispensaries selling. now after a year of recording this info i would guess that it will be used to "better the program." lets just say i would rather have my info only recorded by the state when i register for my patient card or caregiver cards (which is a catch 22 in itself), i do not trust the state to monitor my medicine consumption or purchasing patterns. also the idea of having the state run by nutsos have definitive evidence that i bought a federally illegal substance is not something i would ever want to do. there are other safe methods of access which end up being cheaper and higher quality. a buddy of mine went to bloom in phx last week. he bought some trinity blueberry and sour kush. we smoked both, both gave me a headache and i think the blueberry gave me a sore throat. i will never spend my money in a dispensary. your votes dont count for shit in america but where and when you spend your money actually makes a difference.

Was in the lawyers office today talking about this issue.
Our lawsuit will mention the arbitrary DUI laws that have been locking folks up since the "Zero Tolerance" program was put into gear. Right now a patient can get a DUI for marijuana well over 3 days of NOT using. All I have to say is - Do you remember when the police would sit outside of bars looking for drunk drivers leaving the bark?? Wait til they start doing the same with clubs/collectives/coops /dispensaries (maybe not dispensaries but you see where I am going...) More hog wash to come AZ! Have some bail money set aside for the day it rains.

It's always so nice to log in after months of being gone, and see the resident tool Lucius Vorenus still insulting and harassing people. Lucious, could you please do us all a favor? And please go hang out in another forum, you do more harm than good. All of your negativity on a cannabis forum is bewildering, but then again, you seem to be here for profit and the wrong reasons, so did your dispensary business not work as planned and leave a sour taste in your mouth for the rest of us personal growers?
