Passive intake from cold dry basement or warm humid veg room?

So as the title states im growing in a minimally heated basement. I have partioned off a section with 2x4 insulated walls and will be splitting into a veg and flower room. I will have humidity and temp controllers in flower and veg room. My question is would it be better to add pasive intakes on the wall side facing the cold dry basement and have the heat working (or this could be a benefit in summer for cooling? Im just using a 600 watt hooded hps and 1 led 5 cob bar so not too much heat) or add the vents to the side facing the veg room and have warm but possibly humid air going into the flower room? Also the door will be into the veg room so this may be a no brainer?
