Cool, your words always help, I actually feed her nothing but nutes, i make my soup in a gallon jug, and water her with that when the soil dry out, which is about every 3 hours, lights on at 6 am, im usually up by 8-9, so i guess i do feed her 3 times a day, but its everyday haha, thats how i've been doing it thanks again

Sicc, or anybody else who is doing this type of growing can I ask a few dumb questions?

How big should the holes be at the bottom approx? Right now mine are about the dia of a golf tee.

I have three seedlings at about 4-5 inches in 16oz, how often should I be watering these? I saw where you said every two hours, but were you doing that when they were seedlings as well?

I dont think the size actually matters, mine arn't too big, as long as there is drainage hols you should be fine, if you watch the whole video i do show mine, which might be why your asking im not sure,

As for watering, I use a lil dropper i got in a pH tester kit, if anything it would be like a shot glass of water at most i would put, my lil cab has no ventilation, so i would water alto sue to i guess it would be evaporating, its a tight space and get pretty warm, but i have never had any problems, its kinda on you on how you would water, kinda hard to say how much, jus gotta do what works for the plant, but obviously not going over board.

Yeah, I need to go back and watch the full video. I hear so many schools of thought as far as watering goes I just wanted to see how you were going about it.

Do you tend to get a lot of drainage? I haven't had any moisture in the overfill cups yet. Does that mean they are too dry?

I soak the soil now but it never drains out, so you should be good, you want it to drain out once you start flushing late in flower

shes looking real good sicc... frosty as a muh fucca... so you water three times a day, but only a shot glass' worth? that seems to hell like it is working for you... when i grew out of the 16oz cups... i would take the outside cup off and fill it with my nutes, water, whatever and pour the entire cup through my grow cup... i would wait till the grow cup stopped dripping, then put the outside cup back on... there was hardly ever any water in the bottom cup the next day, but whatever was in my bottom cup, i would pour it back through my grow cup... i would do this every other day or so.. it worked for me... i would try your method, but i am not around my plants enough to consistently water 3 times a day... whatever works... like i said, your'e sht is looking dope homie...

yea bro that bitch is lookin sweet man damn good job, as for me on the water i usually water every 2 days and water until something drips out of the bottom drainge holes. its worked on every other grow fine as well as this one.

As i was with the nutes, i was too scared to drench like that, but it does sound alot better then every 3 hours almost

haha yea man when you got no job its easy to be around most the time, well i got a job but thats not a discussion i would like to get into

i actually just started doing the shot glass thing, i give her like one n a half, i used the dropper but its just getting annoying now haha, i do have the drainage hole but never watered enough for it to seep out, i will increase the water amount slowly, so i dont freak her out, i let her get bone dry then feed, so shes used to that, we'll see how it go's

yeah one thing i have noticed aout plants is that if you can get them used to something when they are young, that they will be cool with it for the rest of their lives... my homie said it was bad to bring it inside to outside and vice versa... i told him i di that with mine the whole grow... he said its prolly since i did it from seed... that would almost be a good pheno to stabilize when i start breeding... a good strain to do whatever the fucc you wanna do to it... and it wont die.. that would be the seller... and it wont die....

shit bro i know how you feel about not having a jobshit thats how i found riu had a broke hand for a year and was growing i was alwayse checkin in my plants every hour or so even now my girl gets kinda mad when i come home from work and go into the grow room for a few hrs lol but i love the shit out of it thats for damn sure.

you got the watering all wrong man this is probley why I am seeing the nute def on them like yellow leaves and red stems. this IS what you got to do.

1. Get a gallon container with a lid, like gallon bottle of water. Read the directions on your nutes bottle and put in what it tells you per gallon. This solution should last over a week. If this is too much solution to make up at ounce just do a half gallon and cut the nutes in half

2. Ph solution

3. When your plant dries out water with this solution you made up. and I mean soak them till at least 10% of what you put in the cup comes out the bottem. stagger plain watering then with nutes. so every 3rd water should have nutes in it...
4.
Do not water again until the cup dries out almost compleatly the cup should be very very light
Then repeat

When people say full streangth nutes that mans the full recommended does on the bottle
NEVER POUR stright nutes in your soil! this WILL kill your plant very very quickly!!

uhhh i do all of that

i dont have 10k of post for nothing lol well the only thing i dont do is water with just plain water, ever water has nutes in it, so i shouldnt do that? i pH adjust the water before i feed, and i only feed once the soil is dry, i do kno the difference in weight, so wait until the cup is light then i water, and i WOULD NEVER pour nutes strait into the soil, and each gallon lasts me for a week as well

Yea thats tru, i think that way too, if there good early on, then eveything should be fine after that, to me the first two weeks are the hardest, well the hardest in that i worry about them making it, but after that its smooth sailing
