Partial breeding

Hey guys, I have a beautiful gelato 41 plant that I’m going to be making a mother plant of. I want to do some at home Pheno hunting. I have a male growing in my back patio to collect pollen from. I was wondering what are the steps to seed only a section of my plant and not pollenate the whole world plant. Thanks guys.

Small model paint brush

Paint pollen on a bud, on a branch..then others on that branch

All fans off

2 days later mist everything to stop pollen spread

Wait 5+ weeks for viable seeds

Ok, so after the 2 days, just mist the plant down? And turn the fans back on?
