Back up. There is a gap. How did it get from neighbor to DEA?
And did they mess up your grow?
Was there a way you think it could have gone better out if the parking lot?

My ONLY mistake was it being a first time grow and not knowing the smell would travel into my neighbors unit during last week of flowering. Lesson learned.
Not a clue as to neighbor to DEA either, i figured after neighbor said something about it a detective asigned for cardholders would knock an want to see legally. After 2 weeks went by i was surrounded by guns at other end of street and cuffed and driven back to parkinlot for my unit.
as for the DEA no idea. Not one single uniformed patrol cop or state or city police. All 6 cars with unmarked and no lights and all gunned officers wearing DEA jackets... it couldve went serveral ways easier if the officers first remark wasnt a gun in my face while cuffed and another with 2 hands around my neck. Im 5'4" btw. After that my mouth was shut and everytime he said something i said "i did nothing wrong an have nothing to say"
funny because local pd who city it was in claims he never seen that officer and he had to bring it up with the cheif because not his dept... that officer in same car is in parkinlot almost everyday for that city. I see him quite often driving too. He has also visited 5 other cardholders in another city all cardholders an no arrests. Just that i know of.
One more funny thing was during my interview with police making my statement against him i asked if any was logged into evidence and they said no ... the officers took an eith from the car i was in and put in his car. I didnt go further with that though cause im just a single person going after a federally illegal program. i made it a point to bring lawyer for my statement though. Screw that guy, hoepfully he has done it before and one day may be de-ranked or something. Actions are in numbers with people like that. One person may mean nothing but 10 an they will have to look.

Whats there not to belive exactly? Cops do this shit everyday when they dont get their way. I refused his questions so he hit me because "he though his men would get hurt when entering"... honestly who makes this shit up lol. There is no extra details i left out favoring me ect...

they stunk garage up and it traveled to my neighbor
he came and asked if i was growing pot an i said no an shut the door
2 weeks later i leave garage unit and blocked in by 6 cars
they immeditely cuff me an buddy of mine an search car and pockets
bring me to rear of car and one officer has gun and other in charge has 2 hands on my neck questioning me.
he sits me in the back of charger with me facing outward and punches me 3 times in left side of jaw with his right hand.
he then shuts door an sits in back seat on pass side with me and slaps me 3 times while questioning me.
we then drive to my unti an they use my keys to open the door
officer walks out with my card and calls it in
they all come out about 15min later and start talking to me like nothing happened.
kinda a sum up quick cause this is way off topic to this thread. This happens all time an is bullshit. Theres nothing spurising about story at all. I will put video of in front my unit on youtube to see all cars come into lot and get out an open my door with my keys wearing jackets and guns drawn while im inside a car outside entire time.

Well if they knew it was 12 veg plants then they prob wouldnt have done the raid... thats kinda the point of story. Wtf are they getting involved with cardholders for because here in rhode island the smallest state threy seem to be striking lightning everywhere lol. They get call for smell by a nieghbor and DEA comes for weed smell and they know cards are everywhere but yet dont ask the simple questions first...
wasnt storage facility. It was large car garage and i had tent above my office on a upper section so people didnt go up there.
medical cards are not public info at all so how would they know you or i or anyone else is a cardholder before doing a raid. So only reason i said anything cause somehow that FACT stated above seems to be made up... cops dont just call in an give a name and see if your cardholder. So how can they say its fact that no cardholder get raided by feds easier then getting struct by lightnigh.

wonder if it would have made a difference if a copy of your mmj card was posted in clear sight just inside the entrance to the grow ?

Ah Rhode Island. That explains a lot. Move west? See, our state does not register or issue permits. Nor do we go through the bookkeeping nightmare of CO, with more identity down to the sick that the grower/caregiver is attending to.
When I was 20 years old, I took off hitchhiking,as an independent US citizen, to pick the State I wanted to grow up in as an adult.

my card was posted on the tent itselfs with rules and a lawyer card lol... they came out an called it in.
when they were done being assholes they sat an talked to me for 10minutes because they explaining why i should not keep my card cause robberies ect. they said they are fighting for a list of patients and addresses where they can do monthly check ups to make sure stays legal. an yes that was DEA who said that.

It is un-con and perhaps anti-con to suggest any Federal law enforcement gets to run monthly check ups to make sure things stay legal. There is no "Stay legal, supervision" in Federal Law.
Call NORML. That's what I would do. Alert them and alert the ACLU while you are at it.

BTW, I am done with free email like google. I am just now getting an inkling of the horror I am participating in.
If you delete it that means it is open for all scrutiny. The so called, "trash and garbage" ruling from SCOTUS.
If you "archive" it, that means google can mine it for keywords and give it up to the govt.
Anything online with google, for example is never, NEVER deleted. I am waking up. It is not that I have much to hide it is that I am an American. They try and I will deny.
I'm in the process of setting up a mail server and I will today, shut off subscription notification from RIU to my google mail.
I don't even worry about being busted myself. I don't want to be part of pattern meta-data. That pattern can bust someone else.

BTW, Eric Smidt who I know and have worked with has gone to the dark side. They collect so much info they now have a service about getting elected. It is fine grain data as to who needs persuasion, and who needs blocking or denigrating, who needs character assassination, who needs a car wreak?
