I was wondering, instead of painting grow room walls in an all white flat paint, can i tape all white printer paper on the walls? would all white printer paper reflect light well?

Why don't you just buy a roll of Panda Film (white/black)? Paper would most likely not reflect the light very well since it is porous. Paper is also an ideal growing medium for molds and fungus. If I were you I would use Panda Film, Mylar, or flat white paint. Don't half-ass it with paper.

cant find any stores in chicago that sell panda film or mylar, and i dont like shopping on the internet. okay how bout laminated paper?lol

Only way the paper could mold is if it got wet.

Hydro stores in Chicago will sell mylar. The paper idea is a temporary solution at best. Laminated paper would be very expensive compared to the mylar.

Dont use paper. It doesnt need to get wet to mold. Humidity is relative, as the temp changes the moisture in the air soaks into anything that will absorb it, in your case it would be the paper.

The Best thing would be some flat white paint, not gloss, Flat white. Flat white will reflect more light then pretty much Anything.

I would suggest some black/white POLY though, check out BGhydro, you wont find any cheaper prices.
