pale leaves and slow growth

My plant is in late stage of veg. as per age not plant size. my leaves are lime pale green though out plant leaves are small same as plant size. I just fed 2-2-2 NPK per Gal. 2 ml silicate, dab of honey and molasses, 5 ml cal/mag and 1/2 tsp of Epsom salts, 1 ml bloom. My run off was a 5.7 ph and my ppm was 1400. i did a flush 3 weeks ago and my run off was 2500 ppm and caused over watering stress. tip curl, then cupping and finally drooping. Since the my plant has been pale green before was a nice color only a small plant not growing. I suspect my plant is not up taking the nutrients because of the high ppm build up in the soil. I used to feed around 300 ppm's now around 500 ppm's with a ph of 5.8 before and increased that to 6.2-6.4 to help with nutrient pick up? not sure what is going on my first grow?

What is your medium? Your pH is all over the board. It (your pH) needs to be at a corresponding level for your medium. Soil is pH 6.5, Coco and other hydro methods are generally 5.8 pH, but they are not interchangeable. In other words the lower pH doesn't work well in soil and the higher pH doesn't work well in coco / hydro.

i mixed my soil and coco with perilite so i try and hit it in the middle 6.2
Oh the dreaded hybrid mix of soil and coco...I hope it works out for you. I've read too many posts here where that little combo of soil and coco causes a lot of people to struggle.

so thats ec ? ppms are not the same thing there are ppms on the 500 or 700 scale
i'm not sure all i can get off the meter is u/S mS and ppm so not sure about the 500 or 700 which it is, my specifications on the box only list ppm .5 and .7 in TDS not EC. If i can switch on the meter to TDS in the .5 or .7 which is the better scale to be in?? Just noticed if i put it in the ppm mode its on the .5 scale sorry just learning. What is a high reading on that scale
