Painfully slow flowering and possible causes

So my Mexican sativas that I'm growing outdoors (obtained from locally guerrilla grown weed) that came from weed that comes with seed, took almost 4 months to start flowering, and now, I only see minor flowering changes every 2 weeks. Now, they started flowering 7 weeks ago, they look like 2-week old flowers, in fact, they aren't smelling yet.

Possible causes?
I'm growing in the balcony, they receive plenty of direct light, the only bad thing is that heat and humidity are crazy at this time of the year.
Also, I notice there are sources of indirect light at night, including my computer and light from my living room. This could be confusing the plants.

Will they continue the flowering process and yield buds?

I already harvested a regular feminized plant by Delicatessen seeds in March, it took it 4 months and a half from seed to harvest. But this is the first part I grow seeds that came from probably landrace Mexican sativa. Like I said, every 2 weeks I notice slight changes in minimal bud growth/development, as opposed to my Delicatessen plant where I could clearly see many changes and bud fattening weekly.

Do you have a porch light or some other outdoor light in proximity that gets left on at night? That could be messing with their natural lighting schedule.

Thanks for bringing this info. So I guess they eventually be ready someday. I think the probem is more to the fact that these are landraces. The sativa fro delicatessen seeds I harvest before was quite quick.

Had a white widow that was budding up did everything just didn’t produce trichs idk got rid of her
I have an AUTO "NOT SURE THE STRAIN" that I topped, and she went thru VEG & into FLOWER without any MAJOR issues, but she been in FLOWER FOREVER now!! Like I see the colas getting fatter, but she hasn't changed her pistols to buds yet, and she's way past the 70 day mark the seedbank originally said I can harvest! I knew I would have to add an extra week or 2 to the GROW, cus of topping, but she's just taking her sweet old time....

Without getting all technical...
Cannabis "measures the dark period" , if you interrupt the dark period or have persistent light bleed, flowering photoperiod plants often get confused and your girls could grow balls. Nobody likes girls with balls.

Don't confuse them, they want uninterrupted dark.

For a more technical explanation, research PFR, Phytochrome and cannabis flowering responses.

Sativas aren't likely to ripen before frost at higher latitudes. Cool weather will slow growth.

Can't really help without pics.
