All you do is contact them and ask them if they're cops or any law enforcement agency. If they say no then save the conversation and go for it. If it turns out it's a sting then they'll be forced to drop the charges in court because of entrapment. If you ask them, they HAVE to tell you otherwise it's entrapment.
