Packaged says delivered but haven't recieved it

I like how they say they have to wait till the package is returned before reshipping, then say they don't put return addresses on. Talk to your post office, see what you can find out, and then I would contact EM, who is a SoS rep on this site. He seems very reasonable, and I have seen him help people out even when he didn't need to. Good luck, let us know what happens.

Thanks bwest for the headsup on the terms lol that didnt make sense although uk normally has a return label on it lol i will have to amend that.
Also i have already messaged matey about what he should do, As for the comment buying from sos was a mistake could you please elaborate on that

I have contacted him. Not really of any help. At this point I realize its not SoS fault my package hasnt arrived but I sure would of expected them to replace considering I purchased the gauranteed option for an extra 20 something bucks

Most seed vendors tell you up front that you order at your own risk. If your order gets nabbed it's the nature of the beast. The best thing to do is to do some research prior to ordering. Find out which companies have the best reputation....for all things, including getting your order to you. If you're breaking the law, the best way to do it is as intelligently as possible. Btw, autoflowering strains are garbage.

I had this happen with a package once, I tracked it down and it actually turned out it was delivered across town because the driver got mixed up with addresses and just ended up delivering it to the closest resembling place he could, which was'nt even close to looking like my address..
