OZONE LITE CO2 Generation

I have been trying to supplement co2 any way I can. I have read a little about ozone lites. I know they create ozone but the description caught my eye. Has anyone used these for minor co2 generation?

Here is an excerpt from the bulb description "The titanium dioxide in them reduces these harmful microorganisms into harmless CO2 carbon dioxide and water, which makes them safe to use around humans and animals."
