Oxygen pots vs Flood & Drain Table

Thanks for the help in advance

I'm going to do either :

6-12 oxygen pots
or
4x8 flood and drain

With 2 x 1000 in a grow tent

What do you think would be better

I did rdwc before diy system. I had some root rot problems

id probably look through the forums for someone who's done both. the good thing with a tray is you can move plants where/however you want in the tray so long as you aren't fucking up the roots. personally, if i was growing monster plants or doing scrog id go with the buckets. but if you aren't vegging long and using more/smaller plants obv go with the tray
