Overwatering?

Guys help, for the past few days my poor gal has been showing signs of stress and at first I watered her yesterday but that only seemed to exacerbate the issue. A few days ago my leaves were pointing up, doing what is called "Praying" and apparently that is a sign of healthy plant however as you can see she looks far from it. I thought the praying was caused from heat stress as my RH dropped to mid 20s and temperature spiked up to high 90s so I figured water can help. Now people are saying I over watered them so I've looked at many articles trying to find the issue but there is so many variables involved this is my first grow and I don't know where to start. At the discretion of redditors I sprayed around the seedling as that is how you're supposed to water them but anyways the symptoms don't seem to slow down as a few hours after I watered the leaf tips were turning brown and the first set is becoming just like the dying cotyledons. I'm getting sad watching my plants die before my eyes and there is no way I can help them :(
I am growing in FFOF, so I also investigated nute burn.

This is seedling number #2, she was doing perfectly fine until I watered her and she started showing yellowing and browning at the tips too. image.jpg

its FFOF, which is pretty hot so could it be some kind of nutrient toxicity?
Eh idk I use ffof and that hasn't happened to me but in odds of probability it could happen. Hope a more experienced person comes in and the overeating at this point might have drowned it a little causing to show these signs??

It's probably hot soil, or hot temperatures, or both. High 90s is too hot for the plant. Watering at that temp will cause the seedling to drink more and FFOF is slightly too hot for a seedling that young. You end up with a combination of heat stress and nute burn. You need to lower your temps to mid 80's or lower.
I had that problem my first few grows as well. I was growing with a CFL, but it still made the inside of the tent too hot (high 90s). I stopped getting that problem when I switched out the CFL with an LED which lowered the temps to around 75.

Alright I put my fan inside to lower the temperature, the first true set has died overnight but it seems to have stopped spreading. Seedling number #2s true leaves are now dying folded half way through. Do I need to flush my seedlings?

Putting a fan inside doesn't lower the ambient temperature, it just evens it out. You need to have an extractor fan to pull the hot air out and draw cooler air in.

Light, temp, humidity...what are these factors.

Also, FFOF is not too hot for seedlings, if anything overwatering can cause nutrient lockout.
At that size maybe 4 oz water every 2 to 3 days right around the base of the seedling.
Your other environmental variables that we don't know could also be causing or amplifying issues.

It seems to be working, I don’t think it’s ambient temperature as the room the closet is in is 60 degrees. The budget grow light I’ve been using gets pretty hot, and some of the air from the tower fan hits it so now the temperature on my hygrometers is reading 80 degrees and the RH is stable ever since I put it in. No more drops to 30RH overnight when the humidifier runs out of water hopefully because humidity is harder to keep high in really hot temperatures right? It evened itself out apparently and the tower fan works as an extra heat fan for the grow light as well as breeze for the stems. At least that’s what I think bro

Besides the temperature how do you think I should handle the nute burn and heat stress? How can i help it

Here is the more affected seedling... It seems to have stopped spreading but i don’t know what else to do I only have my fingers crossed
