Overwatering or Underwatering?

Have been watering twice a day morning/night to refill the hempy bucket reservoirs. I'm not sure if the leaves are drooping because it is such a small plant with such huge leaves or have we went wrong somewhere?

Thanks a lot. Thats what we figured, but just wanted to get another opinion on it. We will probably just switch to watering every morning to refill the reservoir.
