Overwatered plants advice please.

Hi guys new to this forum but I have a friend who is 3 weeks into flower and he has over watered them and they was sat in water for over 3 days as they don’t have no run off holes in bottom of pot! Will these very wilted ladies spring back up and be healthy? The growing medium is just soil by the way. Any advice would be great thank you )

They’re big enough that they’ll probably survive but he should probably drill some holes in the bottoms of those pots.

said this but it’s his mates set up and he originally did it hydroponically.. so I told him to turn the pump on and it drained it...

Once you drown the root system, the plants are finished.
No way back.

Will it not be worth carrying on with them? As guy above said as the size of the plant should recover?

What do you have to lose wait and see...

Could just start again? But yes I’ve said that also thank you. Just hope it isn’t a waste of time for him that’s all as I’ve never experienced this before that’s why I’ve made this account to hear what others say...

Without any drainage holes in the pot, you're screwed

You can try too repot them into only moist soil, but I don't think it will help.
Overwatering is actually worse than underwatering, once the roots drown it is pretty much over.

I said this! I want crackers when I asked have you got any. I even said who does this it’s common sense! But as it’s in soil most the water is gone just the soil is wet now... I’ve only ever done grows in coco so it’s abit easier...

I think some of the leaves still look like the plant is viable not totally dead. If cared for properly now, it might live but the photo isn’t that great. If he carries on with no drainage then I don’t see how he can hope for improvement.

So now I’ve been told the buds are going crispy bear in mind he’s only 3 and half weeks into flower so buds are small the pistols are bigger! Lol so does that mean it’s on the way out??

If by “going crispy” he means dead and desiccated, that does not sound optimistic.
