Overnight Change 1 out of 3?

I've honestly made an effort to diagnose this on my own with no success.

The three we're grown from seed and are 16 days old. I've got them in plain ol "Miracle Grow Organic Mix" under 5 t5's. I've sprayed with liquid worm casting's once .

Were fine two days ago then this one turned south.. I feel like one of the other girls is starting to fade to a lighter less lush green than they were. Any input is appreciated.

I feel like it can't possibly be nutrients already so I was thinking PH or maybe the soil's pre packed ferts were messing with it. It just blows.

Its looking worse now, very brittle leaves curled.

scince its in MG soil id dare say its salt build up,give it a really really good flush and buy something different net time, nothig against their ferts, but their soil has been doing this shit alot lately
