Who uses what dispensarys and what are their benefits? how is their medication? prices? clones? edibles?...ect

my roommate has been using MCC - Medical Cannabis Colorado for quite some time now.
They are located off Yale and a little east of i25.

He has been impressed with the bud but not the prices at MCC. their caregiving benefits arn't that great. their clones have been iffy in the past but he recently picked up some new "hong kong" clones that look a lot better than past clones from them; and their service and staff are VERY nice and friendly and can answer any questions.

now,
my buddy from foco has signed off a ft collins dispensary as his caregiver and their benefits, bud, prices... are incredible.
they even can getcha 15-25% off grow equipment.

anyone else getting benefits as good as these from any dispensarys down in Denver?
im talking about dispensarys, not individual caregivers.

There are tons of them in Denver... I have found that most of them are overpriced and have a few good looking nugs and the rest of them are just overpriced and low quality...

There is a place called Total Health Concepts that is right by Invesco Field and they have good prices and some quality meds as well... They have 1/8ths for $40 and they give a discount to their patients so it ends up being like $35 for a decent sack... Check them out if you get a chance...

They have one of my favorite strains in stock right now... Lemon Skunk... Smells almost like pine sol or something...

I recently went to Delta 9 it's in Boaderstam near the Pets on Broadway. Since our original caregiver was in Federal Heights and a terrible drive during the week so we turned over our caregiver to Jason there. The prices are decent for patients. $70q and $280 ozs tax NOT included. The quality is great, and love the prices.

If you are not ready to give over caregivership try out the Rocky Mountain Farmacy on 17th and Emerson. Mondays are the day to go there, grams are $9.99 and again that is without tax. They have never asked me about turning over my caregivership.

I am very familar with MCC. Jake, Lisa and Charlie are great folks but... their quality and selection has been very iffy lately. I think its growing pains and alot of their efforts have been spent getting the new dispensary ready and open.

Here are the two sites and happy hunting.

I try and stay away from the new dispensarys from California who have just moved into the Denver/Colorado market (such as the one by Invesco) I'm a Colorado native small business owner myself and I try and keep it in the family if you know what I mean .... My friend is friends with the lady owner of 420 Highways (www.420highways.com) in Lafayette which is between Denver and Boulder so if you are up north you don't have to deal with the Denver traffic or prices. From what I understand they have good prices, a wide selection, friendly service, they are also a walk in clinic and don't require you to turn over caregivership (if that is a word lol) they have different prices for members vs walk-in...

They have edditables, clones and the like all their prices look like they are available online.

Happy hunting ;)

Most dispensarys in Denver are way overpriced. Seems that some people are in that bussiness solely to make money, not to help pacients in need. It is shame that prices for my medicine higher in dispensarys than on the street. For my medicine I am going to "Joy's nutrition" on Colorado blvd. Been there several times and there is always something new. They had everything on special two days ago,...I walked out with an oz. of blueberry for$350.00. Good stuff. Got to love the specials. Week before it was whitewidow. good quality, dry, no trash, I like it. Old lady behind the counter told me that, they are trying to keep it affordable.

Are there really dispensaries that are moving from cali? I don't think that the one by invesco is from there because my friend works there but who knows?

I'll be honest up front; I am not the owner of 985 Dispensary, but I am loosely affiliated with them.

985 Dispensary is located in 985 Santa Fe Drive in Denver. The owner is originally from Cali, and has plenty of CA connects; however, all the cannabis is grown right here in Colorado (due to federal trafficking laws).

985 usually has 15 - 20 strains to choose from, as well as honey hash, bubble hash, lollipops, muffins, baked goods and other edibles and tinctures, medical cremes and salves. There are plenty of new strains to choose from, but he does a good job of keeping the standard flavors on hand at all times as well.

985 also has lots of beautiful $20 clones for sale as well. Durban Poison, Big Bud, Flow and others. White Shark seedlings are only $6 apiece.

Come check it out, there's grams for $9, eights for under 50 and q's for 100, and that's with tax included.

I honestly don't have all the specifics I was just reading an article the other day here http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_14035186 it said:

And, even as new mom-and-pop dispensaries continue to open weekly, the money flooding into the industry has also attracted the interest of big players with big checkbooks. A 5,000- square-foot dispensary — billed as the largest in Denver — recently opened just north of Invesco Field. Two powerhouse dispensaries from California are opening outposts in LoDo.

I certainly don't want to bash anyone's business just saying that I like to support Colorado small business owners as I happen to be one myself (a small business owner that is), rather give my money to a native with Colorado funding then to give my money to a Californian.

That is the dispensary I know of... Total Health Concepts for sure... they have a huge building... I talked to the owners and they are all from Colorado... that is crazy that people are moving in from Cali tho... I thought that to be a caregiver or card holder you had to be a Colorado Resident...

Yea but the "caregiver" could be a local coloradoan however the business could be owned by a Cali business since there currently aren't any regulations on dispensaries they could have just an employee who is a colorado resident.. I'm not sure certainly the article could be wrong.. it wouldn't be the first time lol!
