exactly.

are you vegging under hid's? definitely doesn't look like it. if not, that plant is too small in that pot to be drying out every 2-3 days.

I have to say Fresh is right...looks water logged, when its dry you'll feel a noticable diffrence in weight with a pot that size, it would be a good couple pounds heavier when its wet...don't water for 4-5 days and see if she doesn't come back

Well day 2 and the plants leaves are crispy and droopy what should i do?
Read in another website that clipping the stems to its greenest part and itll regrow is that true?

see basically what you have to understand is that it's not a puppy. You can't just throw a plant in a kennel with a heater only letting it out once in a while to go potty. You should probably install a plant door so it can go outside when ever it needs to do it's business or guard the yard. Maybe try giving it something to do while your at work all day leave it a kong ball with peanut butter and treats inside. Definitely don't breed it young or it will stunt its growth and put out small litters.
Kong Balls are the best.

@Krazii

I think your plant is just sad it's in a cage.
Once you've got her functional again, if you're not already thinking about it, I'd train her down seeing as it appears you're limited on space.
To do this, simply get yourself a hollow kong ball that you can put a treat in and the plant will automatically grow towards it. =] Just kidding, of course. https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=104379
