Overcharged circuit

So I have 3 600W ups and had them at 75% power, turned them to %100 and the circuit overcharged(I have one 600w with the fans and stuff plugged into an outlet in the room and the two other lights plugged into a circuit in another room. I can not get the one light with the fans and stuff to turn back on. I turned off all the breakers in my place and back on and it still doesn't work. I just came home stoned off edibles and went to turn my lights brighter then go to bed, but now i gotta deal with this first. What do I do? I turned all the ballasts back to 75% brightness

Switch out ballast and bulbs to make sure they work on a different circuit.

Make sure you put it completely off and then try to turn it back on. If it keeps on tripping everytime, then you're overcharging it and you have to unplug some stuff, which wouldn't make sense, because you already had it running. So you must have blown the breaker. Call an electrician in the morning. Sorry, dawg.

Edit:
There is a cool down period sometimes after a circuit trips

Put some of the load on another circuit. Use an extension cord for a fast fix.

Allow breaker to cool a bit. This also allows bulbs to cool for restrike.

Fuckit, just used an extension cord to another circuit in my apartment for a quick fix, I'm gonna fix this tomorrow.
