overall cost

Just as in your post you asked a question. I had no problem sharing my experience since you "asked" a question. This person just said "i bought this that and the other". Anything I would have said beyong that was for nothing since everything was already bought. I'm assuming no matter what I said to them after the fact they were going to "attempt" a successful grow with this equipment.
 
Well smokere i have got 3 hps 400w lights for £50 and a selection of mh and hps bulbs and before you say it the ballasts are also compatable with both and just for good measure i had a propogation light thrown in so can you now explain how you come to the conclusion that any weed i grow will be fluff

And if you say you got the lights and ballasts for 50 bucks....not on ebay sir. I look for hps lights all the time on there.
 
Prove it...show your plants with the 3 hps lights and ballasts. Put it on that same wooden tray. I'm sure i'll never see those pics. LOL
 
What you saying i have made it up? as it happens i havent got any details of the auction as the seller contacted me because the winning bidder could not complete but i dont have to prove myself to you or anyone else ,im not in the habit of lying and what would i gain from doing so ? not to try and earn the respect of someone like you who has obviously got a problem with someone else getting a good deal (maybe a bit of jealousy)

C'mon guys, I thought this was supposed to be a peaceful place. Internet arguements are pointless. Smoke a J and chill.
 
Shipping costs alone would have cost the person who owned them at least 20-30 dollars. So he let it go for 20 bucks.....yeah right.
 
here we are and i gave him some extra cash as he delivered it to a town near me because im a nice guy:blsmoke:

as for the two plants in the background you are right they do seem to be stretching a bit but they are under a mh light which i thought was better for veg(i may be wrong) and i am restricted on how low i put the light because of the bigger plant
so any advice will be greatly appreciated
