Overall bud quality of my firat grow

Hey guys, as some of u on here may know, this this is my first grow with Rntz, gelato, skittlez and bubba kush . Honestly, the plants all looked amazing while growing and had amazing smell
But now that all the curing umis done , honestly I'm not impressed with any of it . At all . It still all looking and not feeling nice or dense , the smell is very not impressive or strong too . I did it all by the book . Coco , nutrition , dried 60%/60 .
I mean don't get me wrong some of the buds may be ok and more than good for smoking , but it's can't compare to any dispensary bud I've seen ⁵

The live pics look like it could have gone several more weeks . Overall I'd say not bad for the first time .

How many days did you let it flower? Plant doesn't look like they grew dense buds so you can't expect dense buds after they dry. How long did they dry for?

Toss out whatever book was guiding you. Was trying to tell you several thread ago that the secret is to simply trim off the fans, cut once at the base, & hang the plant whole until stems snap when bent over. Should take about 9 days so so depending on humidity. You should hear/feel a snap when steps are bent; there is a lot of moisture in them so don’t separate them from the rest of the plant until it is fully dry. Don’t cut the plant into pieces if possible. Then you can put the bud inside a jar or whatever. Even then don’t seal it completely; wait another 12-24 hrs with the lid on loosely to ensure there is no moisture sweating the buds. Hygrometers will steer you wrong most of the time. Once you get it right you won’t do it wrong again. Also agree they some of those buds look kinda loose; give every plant at least a full 10 weeks..70 days..in flower. Picking later will increase density and adds complexity to the aromas.

As others have said, you harvested quite early and that will definitely affect smell and density. However, it’s also not unusual for much of the ripe smell to go away after drying. A good cure can help restore the aroma, and you’ll pick it up when grinding your weed also. You’ve got some decent buds from your first harvest. More grow time significantly increases density and complexity. Don’t underestimate that truth. Took me a couple grows to learn patience also. Some good overstock from your previous grow helps a lot!

Lack of quality light and genetics can be responsible for less than dense buds.

Plants are ready when they’re ready. Flower estimates are just that. If your light is weak it will slow things down, as will other factors. One can see from the pics that the buds weren’t ready. Weeks out, likely. Smoke what you grew, enjoy and appreciate the fruits of your labor, and wait longer next time.

Agree with everyone else, harvested weeks too early.
Could be many reasons for it not being ready, lack of co2 (lack of air exchange)
Stressed, hot, cold , too much defoliation , too many lowers sucking up that energy, not enough light or just genetics.

There should not be long orange hairs.

As for smell , you might find you've just gone nose blind and others will smell it more.. you've grown used to the stench of it growing , it's never going to be as potent when harvested and dried.
