Could the spot on my leaves be from over watering? Or maybe it was too close to my light? please respond with what you think or what I can do to fix this.

They are quite hard to see, but they look like little yellow/white spots on the ends of the leaves, I moved my seedling to a different container just yesterday and there were no spots then.

1. Clear pot (not good)
2. If you think the light might be too close it probably is. Your seedling doesnt need high intensity light for maybe another week. Let those roots do their thing and don't try to force the plant to grow faster at this stage. Put the back of your hand under the light, if you feel heat you're too close.
3. If using nutrients, don't. The soil 'should' contain everything your young plant needs for a week or two at least.
4. Is that 'Vermicultie' I see in your soil mix. Vermiculite retains water, Perlite does the opposite and aids drainage. Ive seen many people mix up the two.
You should be Ok, those leaves will drop off anyway once the proper ones form and do their thing.

Thanks, I'll work on that pot, I moved the light away as soon as I noticed the spots, no nutes yet and the bag said perlite
So hopefully its just the light and the pot, thank again.

My baby seems to be getting much worse, and there doesn't seem to be much more growth, I took care of everything said but I'm worried she won't make it, could it be possible that she does need nutes? or maybe it's from transplanting it? or maybe even the fact im using tap water, even though I let it sit so that the chlorine will evaporate off? Any help is much appreciated.

Just keep out of intense light (the younger they are the less light), also keep you PH in check (5.9), also try raise humidity a bit, when they are young they like it. SLIGHTLY Mist your girl with PH (5.9) once a day, Take care not to over water, they do not need much at this point.
checklist for you should be this:
1. make sure water is PH 5.9 ( only mist top of your soil until damp) (and give one tiny spray to top of leaves)
2. make sure it has enough humidity
3. keep out of direct intense light
4. Dont mess with nutes yet
5. keep humidity up
6. Regulate your temp
7. Dont mess with it too much, just let it do its thing

ye spraying the leaves with alot of water? try keepin little water on leaves under intense light or it will get burnt. dont keep your light too low either!

put ur seedlings under a Cfl for the 1st couple weeks then use ur big lights. you are still in rooting phase so most of ur plants energy is going into making roots. when it is ready to grow it will shoot up. 20$ at walmart and u can get a t12 or t8 shop light and 2 bulbs and u will be fine for seedlings.
