i think they are in week 4 since i flipped haven't been keeping track of em though besides feeding due to another grow going on indoors.

Watering with LEDS is a tricky thing, I needed to retrain my watering habits because there wasnt as much heat drying stuff up, best thing to get is a moisture meter in my opinion.

Oh good point. Will these perk up once they're dry? Or not until next watering?

Just let them dry out my current babies under t5’s in gallon pots are watered maybe every 4 days or when they need it.

I haven't watered in 5 days and they're still drooping... The lower leaves are starting to yellow now...
i think they will i mean if they are dried out and perk up mere hours after watering why cant it do the same with the opposite?
have you stuck your finger into the soil and checked? if it's not over watering then it's under watering.

If I insert my entire index finger in the soil, it's damp at the tip (lol).
idk if you ever used one of these before
but if you have you soak it wring it out and feel it. to me that feeling is what i consider "moist" at that point i let it dry 1-2 extra days before watering. the soil needs to be moist on my entire finger or at least 3/4ths usually by that time i have to water it still is if only the very tip is then i take it into consideration it is under watered. the tip alone shouldn't be damp/moist. the way i look at it is gravity will pull down the moisture from the top to bottom so the bottom will always be more wet. in fabric pots this shouldn't be an issue though.
that is just how i gauge my waterings. if the bottom is to wet i think you are either watering too often or the plant is in a bigger sized pot then needs be for it's size. this is why for people that pot up into big pots we gotta watch out waterings can't water the entire pot because it will just make the bottom damp while the top is dried out due to lack of roots for the plant to absorb the water and w.e.
that is just my 2cents though. im still trying to dial in watering myself so tbh im not one to be giving advice just my opinion.

My contention is, there is a strong likelihood that soil PH has dropped well below 6 as a result of prolonged saturation.

so when soil dries does the ph of soil always go up? im wondering so i can think more how soil ph happens. so i always want to water lower ph so it goes up not the other way around right
idk but i was reading some shit couple days now on how when soil dries up the salts form and build up maybe this is what he is talking about? idk.
