If I insert my entire index finger in the soil, it's damp at the tip (lol).i think they will i mean if they are dried out and perk up mere hours after watering why cant it do the same with the opposite?
have you stuck your finger into the soil and checked? if it's not over watering then it's under watering.

so when soil dries does the ph of soil always go up? im wondering so i can think more how soil ph happens. so i always want to water lower ph so it goes up not the other way around right
