Over Nut ing or burned leaves

My lower leaves ( older and some newer are curling up and also tip burning as well. I think its over nut them because my hand is not hot at canopy level.

Hard to tell if there is a problem or not with that lighting

If you leaves are cupping upwards that may be a sign of heat/light stress. I see the lower leaves cupping downwards and that is a sign of them not getting enough light which is common with the canopy taking up the majority of light. Cannot tell for sure, you should post some pictures using normal light.

Raise your lights and/or install some sort of ventilation to rid the excessive heat.

You want me to flash my dark plants with a bright light ??? Not sure thats a good idea

I have two fans inside the tent. 6" clip fan non oscillating and a 12" tower that does Oscill. My fan is air cooled so when the light is on there is no worries , mostly. its when the lights off the my humidity gets high. I have began to turn off the hood fan for about 8 of 12 hours during the "night".. Ideas? should i continue to run my hood fan 247 ? Here is the limp leave look.

To me they look fine ,Droopy leafs could meen over watering
But the look heathy
Let the pots dry a bit
They should perk up a bit !!

looks like overwatering > if you continue to overwater they will get worse problems
