Never, ever again grow a Satva in a tent, they run 6' feet easy.

Never do that again either.
4 weeks maximum for a tent, because they will double in size at least when you go too bloom
3 gallon pots are perfect (1 gallon per month)
Also don't mix Sativa with Indica, way different finish time.
Your going to probably need to at least do LST (probably HST for the Sativa)
Start bending now, if you snap the stalk, no big deal, just duct tape the snap and she will recover
Stick 4' bamboo sticks with some tie wraps right into your bags (get them at a garden center/Home Depot) & start to train now).
Do not cut off leaves/branches, they'll be fine.(the plant needs them all)
