can i put seedlings in the sun as soon as they pop up, when seed falls on ground and pops up it sees full sun

Yes, They will handle full sun.Just don't let them dry out and wilt.

Make sure they get sun first thing in the morning. Partial shade in the hottest part of the day doesn’t hurt. Semper Fi.
