Outdoors In The Northeast

What happened to your Frisians that you had going a month ago? Was curious to see how you were doing since I'm growing Frisian dew, myself. Unless I've got you confused with someone else.. Ha.

In regards to your lighting schedule question; if i were you id just keep my lights on 24/7 to get them as big as possible before throwing them outside. There won't be much veg time left in the season if you think about it. Buds start forming the last week of July at the earliest to the 2nd week in August at the latest from my experience.
must have been someone else with the Frisians.....

I had a 6 pack growing....then I was to get an unexpected visitor, and I took the seedlings out of their incubation chamber, and threw them in my grow box....They died from shock.....

I killed all the Purple Maroc that I had ordered.....Actually I did have one seedling survive...It was a Dinafem Critical Jack...I was stunted for weeks, and would not grow but now I got it growing again.....

So now I have 2 DF CJ......1 Samasara Green Love Potion.....

I also am in the middle of my first attempt at cloning....I cut 4 clones of my current indoor plants....2 c99, and 2 Royal Queen Power Flower...It actually appears as though the clones might survive.....So that would give me 7 outdoor plants.

Yeah that's what I was talking about. Stumbled across a thread of yours awhile back and noticed you had popped Frisians and Marocs and thought that was cool, since we had the same strains going. I actually had 4/4 marocs germ, one being a trifoliate which I've never grown out before.

Good luck with the cloning and the rest of your season.

My Frisians are doing pretty good. Started them indoors as well, about 4 weeks before being thrown outside in May. 2 of the 5 started to flower, despite being on an indoor light schedule of 15/9. They revegged and are all about 4ft tall with more tops than I can count.

This is my first time growing either of these strains, but from the seed bank description purple maroc is supposed to be a heavy sativa with some auto flowering genes which make it start flowering as early as late July. The sativa gives it a looser bud structure, which will hopefully help with any mold issues.

Visited one of my guerrilla patches today and snapped a few pics. Strain is Frisian dew in 15 gallon roots organics fabric pots.

This one went into flower when I put it outside in may. It has since revegged nicely.

This one is a bit taller with less side branching so I decided to give it another topping today.

Beautiful plants man. You're obviously doing a great job and have things dialed in nicely. Anyone that's getting it done like that, guerrilla style, has my utmost respect for the hard work that I know you're doing. Wonderful job man !! "Good Karma" headed your way.

Thanks for the praise and words of encouragement. It is a lot of work, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy it. Hoping that these ladies make it to harvest cause there's still a long way to go.

Glad that someone made a thread specifically for the northeast. Lots of really talented growers in here with good info to share. Lets keep it up, guys.

I went to see my girls yesterday, and they are outgrowing their cages. Next visit I will have to take them down or make them wider.
I put copper tape around the base of my Blueberry Headband, because the snails ignore the slug killer, and chew on her.

Blueberry Headband ( I'm probably going to top her again next visit)
