Hey guys so i planted a white widow autoflower outside towards the end of the grow season to see if i can get it going for the last two months of season. Needless to say my dog took a nip out of the cotyledon to have a taste and i thought well its done now, turned out it actually grew a bit and flowered slightly but then i decided to pull it out.
Well i discovered it had 6 perfectly dark seeds, almost black. Dont know what pollinated it, probably a landrace strain here in Cape Town. So most friends have told me it should take 50/50 genetics, so would it just be shitty or is there a chance it could be quality bud? I recently bought a 3x3 grow tent with a mars tsw2000 so i figured i would sow the seeds and see what we can do, some pheno hunting if you will, i also sowed some seeds i got from bud that a friend grew outdoors - Ethos mandarin cookies R1 V2.
I only have two outdoor grow seasons under my belt, this recent one i tried to get decent genetics but bought Nirvana gsc seeds which ended up not being great.
So my question guys is, is it possible to get some decent bag seeds like these for indoors growing? Plan is to see which of my seeds are actually female, and then grow them big and take clones, and go from there. Try a scrog or something like that with 4 to 6 fabric pots?
