Outdoor strain recommendations for new england grow

I live in Massachusetts, growing outdoors, what i'm looking for is seeds running me about 10 dollars a piece or 5 for 50. A member just recommended sea of seeds as his top site so i am buying from there. I would like quality of quantity, meaning a better high over a big yield. I like body highs, where my hair feels like its growing( once it even felt green if that makes sense to anyone), not being able to feel your legs, stuff like that. For another strain i wold like the complete opposite, total head high where you cant seem to take your eyes off something because it looks so funny(in my case my feet and paintings). I'm also looking for mold resistance as the late summer here is very humid. Although i have found many tips on how to prevent and combat it. The flowering period should be about 10 weeks tops because the weather is so unpredictable around here. This is also my first grow, i would like to challenge myself so i'm looking for something moderately hard to grow, but easy strains are welcome too. I don't want something that i can throw on the ground and it will grow to a monster, but i dont want something that is something that I will have to spend hours a day on either. Summing everything up, potency over yield, 1 strain body high, 1 strain head high, both mold resistant or close to it. Flowering period should be about 10 weeks tops. Easy to moderate to grow.

Thanks to all that answer

World of Seedss Mazar i Sharif. Regular only but my only 1 popped from last order was female. Mine have run about 60% female so better than average F:M ratio. Read about it on Leafly. It kicks ass!!!!!

id look into autoflowers from auto seeds (there listed on sea of seeds) they are usually hardy enough to stand the strange climate us on the north atlantic coast tend to get. and they will flower in a short time regardless of how much light they get, might even be possible to get 2 crops done before fall hits. ive never grown autos outside so i cant say from experience that they work but ive heard of people growing autos in more northern climates for the reasons i listed
