Outdoor seedling

So i threw(on the ground,not planted) about 8 germed seeds in 3 areas about 2 weeks ago,i see 1 sprout but it's growing hella slow now i know it may have took a few days for the root to make proper contact but could it also be the weather since its only been 50-65 degrees(rained 2 days)30-50 degrees at night in the past week? The 1 spouted is Og kush btw

yeah those conditions make the seedling think its just barely spring so it will grow very very slow until the temperatures increase.
