Outdoor season

When is it to late to grow outside? If i were to grow now it would mature faster right?,, not get bigger but will want to bud sooner and not get to big right? So is growin to late in seaso just mean your going to get a shity yeild?

i dont know but I started outside around june and the plant should be good and I can harvest it aroun september

since outdoor plants of the same latitude all flower pretty much around the same time, you could start as late as august and still finish "on time", you'll just have a significantly smaller yield than if you'd started in may (picture 12/12 from seed)

the only real worry is picking a strain that finishes its flowering period and can be harvested before the first frosts in your area (IE some strains take only 8 weeks of flowering before you can harvest, some take 12)

i started 1st july under lights and gonna plant out start of aug to be finished end sep 1st week oct plants wont be big but 1/2-1oz each but its pretty much for free so well worth doin.

So you're saying, that if I was to take some cuttings and start clones right now, that they would be good to harvest in the fall? (with a smaller yield)

Welcome fellow Canuck...If you start under light you can get some plants in now... won't be monsters, but doable....:blsmoke::joint:

Yeeeeeah canucks! lol. thanks! i'm hoping i can sex mine very soon (hopefully today, if i can get to the spot) and i'll get some clones started! :D

wheather has been great here in Ontario for growing one of mine should be done by end of Aug. the other two probably a month later....cheers

if ya get them rooted quick should be ok in the south of england we can keep them out to end of oct at a push so if you veg them at say 18 hrs a day they can go out up to 3rd 4th week aug if you have one thats done in 8 weeks it should finished.

Thanks man, What do you think bout Arizona? It doesnt frost here, so when does 12/12 start around?

dont know much about its position in the states but guess its alot closer to the equator and so the change between day light hrs in summer and winter are greatly reduced (england has about 8hrs mid winter to 16 1/2 mid summer) but if you look at hawaii (or however you spell it) min day length is about 10hrs max 13-14hrs and the way the sun moves gives them 3-4 seasons in a year to grow most of the plants going straight into flower(lucky bastards) also you have to bear in mind the quality of the sunlight at any time of year not just the day length more orange/red in the fall because of the angle to the earth.
