OK, so I germinated these seeds aboUT mid April, So these plants are about 3 weeks old. Now I start looking like they are flowering. The time from sunrise to sunset is about 15 and increasing so they shouldn't be going into flowering .

Freaky. No idea why they are flowering so soon, but it looks like you have a boy and a girl so you can breed minis if you want.

First picture is a male get rid of it, the plants are not big enough to get a useful amount of seeds. The plants that are budding will reveg if you give them time. A lot of people super crop like that.

He said 15 hours in the original post.
April is too early for putting plants outside. There are tons of noobs who have been having the same problem and making threads. An experienced grower who puts their plants out earlier also has lights over their plants outside. Days are too short in april and will go into flower.
