I’m growing outdoor the thing is my neighbors lights are on at night nothing crazy small cfls the spot I put her in is pretty much dark but it’s not black as in you can’t see it…light kinda reflects off the top of the fence but the plant is budding just imo very slowly….imo it’s still in darkness just not black and if it’s budding that means it’s obviously fine right ?

It will be fine. I am flowering 2 small clones in a section between my tents. Lights are off until noon time. I do have darkening curtains, but I do have a cfl light on 24/7 in that room. The plants are only sheltered from light by a couple slabs of poster board. It’s white at that. I could have went with black, but these were already within reach when the idea came to mind. It’s actually a small batch reversal experiment. 
Are you 100% sure just worried bc now I noticed the cola buds are still white( the top is closer to that neighbors little light) while the bottom buds are starting to get amber pistils ….does the top take longer ? Or is it bc it’s getting some bs light refection
Just thought of a idea from you lol dumb Dk why I didn’t think of it just build a ceiling with a peice of wood maybe? The bottom of the plants buds are maturing way faster then the top and the bottom ones are in real darkness

The upper pistils are white because the plant is still growing and stacking calyxes. Go to the dispensary, buy yourself a few grams, smoke one, and chill.

I have a feeling you have been touching lower buds which explains the perceived faster ripening
