Ok I have a question concerning blooming marijuana outdoors. The general consensus is that when growing marijuana indoors it takes around 8 weeks for indicas to be done with their bloom cycle and around 12 weeks for sativas. I was wondering if this is applicable to outdoor growing as well. Does anyone know around when you harvest indicas and sativas outdoors? Or could anyone tell me when the outdoor blooming period starts? Thanks. Peace. Love. MJ

Around September-October is when most harvesting is going on.
However, you don't need to base your finishing time on this. What you need is a magnifying glass to check out the trichomes (the white resin glands on the buds).
The trichomes start of white and kind of ball-like, sometimes with a little stem. They then grow into caramel colored balls with a stem, this is the peak potency and ideal harvesting time. When the trichomes turn into a dark amber color and begin bending, the potency is decreasing.
You can also count pistols (the hairs). The pistols all start of white and turn amber-caramel. When 75% of the pistols are amber-caramel, it is harvestiing time.

watch out for moths that lay eggs on ur ladies and hatch caterpillars and start chompin and shittin in ur nugs makin them rotten
