Outdoor Kind of questions

If I was to do an indoor grow to try and "mimic" mother nature how long would one veg for before switching to 12/12? I would assume my closest thing as far as lighting would be Flourescent for clone halide for veg and hps to flower? Just a thought....Thanks guys and gals

Well Id say in nature the summer months are what vegging is, if you want to mimic mother nature exactly then do 2-3 months veging and then switch to 12/12. The beauty of doing it indoors is that you don't have to... you can veg for as little or as long as you want.

i would veg for as long as you think dude....the longer you veg the more you should yeild...

Don't Veg for too damn long, you will out grow a closet in 6 weeks.

And when you put a plant into flowering it will double in size.

Alot of newbs on here ask what can they do about the plants growing up into the lights.
So what I'm saying is how long you veg is up to how high you can raise your lamps.
