Outdoor grow...what to add to soil??

i will be growing outside, will dig holes 2x2 and replace the soil with Pro-Mix Organic mix, i also have superthrive and alaskan fish fertilizer 5-1-1 coming in the mail to water the plants during veg

is there anything alse i need to add to my soil? what about blood and bone meal, etc??

How old do my seedlings have to be to transplant them into this mix??
