I would like to do an small outdoor grow in minnesota, which for those who dont know iss in northern midwest US. I have been doing research and was thinking that frost would maybe come before plants had a chance to flower. I know it would be best to get a strain that wouldnt take as long to flower but I am reluctant to order seeds in the mail due to it being illegal in the united states. Is there anyone that has any advice in growing in northern climates? Possily anyone from minnesota or canada???

I grow skunk, big bud, mango, and even white widow just across the river from southern Minnesota. You definitely don't want to grow a pure sativa. What part of the state you in? The growing season varies widely from the Minnesota River Valley to the Iron Range. By a factor of a couple of weeks, easily.

Oh, and as for ordering seeds - I do it every year, in fact several times a year. I've never had a problem.
