Outdoor bud rot 2 weeks from finish

Title says it all. I spotted a single infected bottom bud a week ago, then nothing till last night, then a bit more today. Not sure what all of my options are. I've been cutting out infected buds and spraying the snipped end with 3% h2o2. I haven't lost much so far - maybe a quads worth. Is there anything else i can do this close to harvest to slow down the mold - any sprays, homemade remedies, what-have-yous. I'm in western washington and, although the weather sucked the end of september, the forecast is looking very sunny for the next week or two. It's just a damn shame having these fine ladies flutter so close to the end, especially after a summer finicking over their interest.

Id keep what ur doing since u only have 2 weeks to go. Anything u spray on it now will likely still be on ur buds when u harvest and smoke. Nip it in the bud!
Seriously tho I just went thru that on my grow and still have 1 late bloomer. Good luck!

I've been keeping a real close eye on 'em. You think that'll prevent it from blowing out of control? Was that kind of like your experience? keeping in mind these ladies are outdoor and i have little in the way of environmental control. Seems most of the horror stories on line suggest the rot can claim your garden in a week. you think that's just if left untreated?

Ya all mine got it 2 weeks before the finish too.
U can try Green Cure which I have never tried but referred to me by another RIU member. It's potassium bicarbonate. I couldn't find it anywhere I live, but u being on mainland have better access to it. I wound up using baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)and it worked. Both potassium and sodium bicarbonate are considered safe food additives. I had a pretty bad case and was finding on buds on every plant, but I think I caused most of it by not cleaning my scissors and washing my hands between cuts...mold/fungus spores are easily transferred from hands/scissors to otherwise healthy branches/plants. The recipe called for between 1 to 1-1/2 tsp to 1 gallon of water then sprayed from a spray bottle. I felt my case was severe so I used 2 tsp. even tho it stopped the spread all the white pistils turned dark red overnite. So if u go the baking soda route I would stay closer to 1 tsp. Hope this helps.
