Damm straight they have more clout than our clients. We are so far down on the list to receive PPE that we have to beg any agency out there to toss us a bone. Right now we're not worried about taxes or paying for what we need. We'll happily take the loss. Our clients are as equally important as the 1% but whose going to advocare for them? We make sure that the one who are capable recieve their absentee ballot and there are three ombudsmen appointed by the state to field residents rights and concerns. We do a better job according to the state and federal survey results than any of the chain facilities and there are very few independent providers left. We have already decided that when this is over we will be bailing. It's too much responsibility and stress to not only care for the residents but to put our lives on the line. Who could have expected this. Not many of our employees signed up to be heroes, They signed up for a job.
