Im sorry; I guess I got ahead of myself. I was thinking of the condition of the plant right now. When a plant is stressed it herms. Yours might do that. IF that is the case then you can proceed with what I mentioned.
You will be able to tell once it matures. It will have both hairs and balls. Mostly hairs, just a couple of ball sacks.
The way to get a plant to herm is to stress it in the veg cycle. You stress a plant by changing the conditions its under. Like moving from outside to inside, or going one week at 12/12 than next week at 24/7 then back to 12/12.
Too many nutrients will stress a plant. Transplanting does this also.
It confuses the plant and its mother natures survival mechanism
Either way, herm or clone I would be thinking of a way to keep the strain alive.
If it herms you still get bud. Just not as much. Say 60% bud 30% seed 10% male flower. So you still get smoke while the babies are growing.
How much does one plant yield? Well that depends on a lot of things but I would say with a 400w about 1/2 oz dried smoke.
Dont get me wrong, with optimum conditions, in a 5 gallon container with 1000w hps a plant can yield a couple oz indoors.
If you are buying new the Bright wing lamp with the 5500 lumes/105 watt bulb would run you about $110 right? Thats a veg lamp, what about flower? you will need another bulb say 3000k for flower so now your at $150 Well if thats so then you could take that $150 and buy a new 400w HPS on eBay, shipped to your door and get twice the yield. Use it to veg and flower. Works fine.
