Origami: Hijack Plus Six

Buds are just starting to form, the PPM and PH have been pretty stable now. PPM around 1000 and pH drifts from 5.8 up to 6.2 over two days or so. Growth rates are insane and roots have started to grow down all the drain pipes. Everything just grows exaggerated and larger than life in this thing, leaves are bigger than any Killawatt I've grown yet. I just hope the buds grow as big  I'm thinking of adding some kind of silica supplement because some stems are rotting down by the collars, though the plants don't seem to mind they are just forming a callus.

I pulled everything from the Vert, it was a good test run but I had kind of half ass thrown some cuts in there. I also have to adjust the drains so the roots don't grow down into them. I had it overcrowded so this up-coming run with it will be only 20 cuts rather than 40 so they are not over-crowded. The second batch of cuts I got from a buddy were infected with crown-rot and root rot. By the time I noticed it was too late and all the plants ad been infected.

I learned a lot from this run however, and the next one should be MUCH better than the last. I'm planning on putting 5 plants on each tier, the bottom tier takes the tallest strain and the top will take the shortest.

Here is the new order from top to bottom
1. 5 Violator Kush

2. 5 Killawatt

3. 5 Killawatt

4. 5 Skunk #1

I also might slide a White Widow in somewhere for personal use. I've got my Ez-Cloner working really well now, I'm getting 100% healthy roots on everything by 14 days. I'm using earthworm casting tea and humboldt roots (same as H&G Roots Excellurator). I would highly recommend this combo in the ez-cloner especially if you are having problems with rot.

Thanks for all your support guys! :peace:

I hear ya man I was a bit frustrated at first but I had already invested too much time, money, and effort to give up on it. I lost a lot of clones trying to figure out the best way seems like this is working really well.

Looking good NG - will want to pick your brain regarding the vert trial a little more in-depth at a later date, though

Gypsy, WalMart has a little $15 heater that's set for 78F that worked wonders in my bubble cloner - just an FYI :blsmoke:

Thanks Bob, I've got some cuts in the cloner right now, I hope to get it re-loaded in a couple weeks or so. I'm also considering building a small veg unit so that I can veg them a bit before I load them up into the vert.

Still Gardening over here, the aero-wall should be up and running again soon. This time I'm using all my own cuts so I don't think I'll have anymore problems with root rot this time.

Here are some pics:
