Organic soil mix in the middle of nowhere.

Hello,
i am preparing for my outdoor terrace grow, but I can't seem to be able to source all the organic ingredients because it's proven to be impossible where I live. I have the following;

Guano 10-10-1
bone meal 1-15-0
blood meal 13-13-0
fish meal 4-0-0
Kelp meal 0-0-1.5
alfalfa meal 2-0-0
dolomite lime ca22% mg11%
Humic acid (humid75% vulvic14%)
Base substrate, mainly sphagnum peat but has minor additives like lime and a starter fertilizer
perlite

In pursuit of a better grow, do you think that the ingredients I have are sufficient to produce a better quality grow soil without messing the plants up with nutes? Should I just mix everything together applying correct ratios or should I just use it as tea? Am I missing significant ingredients that I cannot even proceed without?

You need some good compost, worm castings and pottasium

Define good please, the local shops did not offer any, they only pointed me out to different kinds of peat. Potassium is available but worm castings are not. A farmer offered me white worms, would they do the job? Thanks a lot

ya get some potassium in there and live worms are always good to keep in your soil they do more than just produce castings, they also help with soil aeration

You have everything you need if it comes to that.

For EWC, look in Craigs list for EWC, worm farmers, or bait suppliers. Much cheaper and better quality than what you get in a hydro shop.

Your basic substrate sounds like ProMix or Sunshine #4, or is it something else?
