Organic potting mix vs living/super soil, how to classify?

From a basic standpoint what is the difference between a basic organic potting mix and a living soil, and what classifies an organic grow?

I put together this mix about two months ago as a base for my first serious organic grow (water only), and to enter an organic grow and show with local growers. Let it cook for a month and planted 17th march.

My mix consists of:
25L basic compost based potting mix (non fertilised, pure composted forest material, $3)
5L perlite
2.5L propagation sand
2.5L coarse charcoal
6tbsp organic 3:1:3 slow release (maxicrop with seaweed)
6tbsp lime (70/30 calcitic/dolomitic)

Basically my issue is that the people organising the grow and show don't consider the medium organic, and I just wanted to see others opinions on whether it would classify. IMG_20220421_155756.jpg
Would you guys consider this mix to be organic? And if not, what would be considered organic?
