Organic cuttings in Hydroponic ebb and flow system?

Hi guys, i am getting some cuttings from a friend who has grown the plants organically and am intending on putting them into my new ebb and flow hydroponic system - would it be ok to do this or would i experience problems? need to know before i go ahead with this as he is charging me 80 pounds for the cuttings : S

should be good for cuttings. we've given organic cuttings to friends with ebb and flow systems and they never had a problem

Ok cool, i heard today though that once a plant has been on a certain type of nutrients, you have to stick with the same nutrients - my worry was that the mother plant would have been on the organic nutrients then im gonna be switching it to another kind when i put em in my ebb and flow system? would that be a problem??? : S
