It seems like a pH problem to me.

No.
You want to feed soil plants 6.1-6.2... Hydro 5.8.
As far as feeding, you might want to get a simple base nute, Fox Farm's Tiger Bloom, Botanicare ProBlend, Advanced Nutrients 2part... Whatever.
Growing with teas is cool and all, but you can really pump up on some steroids.
Not sure if you know... Autoflowers are usually kept at 20 hours lights on 4 hours lights off... They'll start flowering on their own.
