Hopefully the next presidential election will call for some federal change to these out dated and troublesome statues. Realistically the market, be it black or regulated for marijuana is a constant so unless either were picking certain groups to hand this privilege out to, its fucked on a federal level.

I also agree everyone should be able to use as medication, or just because you personally feel it contributes to a healthy and happy life. I just get so aggravated by people who like Slim Jim, actually want to see people put in jail. Whether a grower, seller, patient, or just a midnight toker no one should be imprisoned and have their lives ruined over this plant.
