13x33. the Frame is pretty solid. The cover will be lucky to make it through a year though. I'll have to replace it by the spring without question. I'm impressed by how well those little windows and roll up doors so to keep it ventilated. I've got an 8' inline fan to vent it when I start depping as well as some more circulation fans. Everything's looking good and I am planning on starting the dep in 2 weeks. It should have my longest strains done by the end of September or first week of October. It'll be nice to be a little bit earlier than everyone's full term and I'm going to try and do another round. I've started them
Vegging now.

Since quantity is not my primary concern and I don't mind if the plants are smaller, if I do light dep (and I'm hoping I can swing it next year), I'd probably start July 1st. I have trees to the south of my property, and by mid-September there isn't enough direct sunlight to finish some plants, so I'd rather have them flower under stronger July/August sun in warmer dryer air. Also, mid-September the wind starts to pick up out here, and that can really mess with light weight structures. I'd love to wrap the whole thing up real early. Not this year though, batten down the hatches, I'm going to just ride it out this fall.

I considered riding it out too, but the people who lived in this house last year also ran a 16 plant garden out back and they were completely uncovered all year. In September a freak storm came and completely destroyed their entire garden. My good friend has always had really good luck doing dep in our area and I figured if I can beat the mold and mildew onslaught of the fall, I was goin for it. The trick for me has been finding a balance between starting to pull tarp early enough to beat the madness but also allowing the plants to be big enough that it's worth it to flower them.

I'm not riding it out because I want to, I'm doing it because its the only option I have this year. I can't make the commitment to be home twice a day from July 1st through (at least) mid-August to cover and uncover the girls. I definitely think it is a superior solution if one can do it! I live near the Gorge, freak storms are the norm here. It's a huge roll of the dice, and I hate that aspect of it... lots of time and money can go away really quickly.
While I can't do light dep, I will attempt to hoop-house at least some of them around September 1st, and hope I can keep them protected from rain while not trapping in too much moisture, with a structure secure enough that I don't wake up to find its two towns over in the morning. We seem to get a lot of 'wind events' at night here. I'm also considering finishing a couple under lights in the garage (obviously ones in pots that can be moved). I figure a few in the garage, a few under plastic, a few out in the open... something should finish successfully. We do what we can.

I gave up the yearly trip to the San Juans in Puget sound this year, the family leaves tomorrow at 5am and I'm not going to make it back east this year to go to my aunts place in cape cod this August. It sucks for sure, but honestly I wouldn't trade this for the world. I'm growing fucking trees in my backyard. And I am completely legal and law abiding. I've dreamed of this since my early teens. I live Oregon.

Down here in dry southern Oregon moisture and dew don't usually become a factor till the end of October. I'm dreaming of another long mostly dry October.

Here in the valley we can have pretty wet falls. We are going to be moving before next season and going south has definitely been something we've talked about

I think anywhere south of Sutherlin or thereabouts would be ideal. You can see the trees change with oaks creeping in as you drive south on 1-5. I live in the Rogue Valley and you can count on fog and rain after Holloween but often we have dry beautiful Octobers.

I hear you. I'm not far from the police station, and as far as I'm concerned that's a bonus, maybe my grow won't get jacked with the high police presence.
I'm in NE Multnomah County, facing the Gorge with its wind, and all the weird micro-climate weather that comes with the mixing and clashing of east-bound and west-bound fronts. Not an optimal place to grow, but you work with what you got.

Yeah The cop shop is like 2 blocks down the street from me. It's funny too because the house I live in has been a producing grow operation since the late 80s. Lol. A legal medical grow since 2005. When the house was remodeled they actually poured a hidden room into the basement. I'm glad to be carrying on the tradition just a hop skip and a jump away from Johnny law. My concern is rippers and you can see a little bit of my greenhouse from the street. I'll be sleeping out back with my 2 pitbulls and crossbow for a couple weeks for sure though.

Yeah but the tweakers always want to get back up. Lol. I don't think it will come to that. My dogs are pretty on it and I don't care who you are, 2 pitbulls rushing the fence snarling with teeth bared is enough to stop just about anyone from coming over the fence.

I'm going to do a quick update on the big greenhouse and also the light dep. it will be in multiple posts because it is hard for me to keep the pictures straight. Going right into the dep, plants in here were started flowering on the 13th, 20th and also the 30th of June. Mothertongue and killer grape are the furthest along. Both mothertongues are very similar phenos, one is stacking a lot harder tha
n but neither one is putting off much smell yet. Killer grape has 2 very indica plants, one on the Sativa side and the last falls somewhere between. All 4 plants have varying degrees of a sour grapey smell, with some more grape and some more sour. Blue city diesel is throwing pink pistils already but this cut has purple stems even in veg. I've also got sour urkel, skywalker and Lucy's lion along for the ride.

Moving into the big greenhouses; first off the shitty little brackets and stakes to secure this thing were a fucking joke so I cut some 8' grounding rods in 1/2 and pounded them 2' deep along every other post. I also added 5 gallon jugs filled with water to the four corners and middle hood, then secured them with mule tape. I'm hoping it's enough. My worst fear is to find this thing down the road. Moved in some clones I've got vegging for the next round and since everyone else seems to be growing their rec plants right along with their medical gardens I decided to throw 4 skywalker teens in 18 gallon totes that I had lying around. Hoping to pull at least another unit with these 4. Also have 2 BCD teens that I'm trading to a buddy for 3 more bales of pro mix. It's getting full in here.

So the first 3 big plants are skywalker, sour urkel and purple pineapple. Pictures are in that order, 2 of each. Skywalker was almost 5 ft tall and about as wide before I pulled the highest tops through the cage. Sour urkel is almost as big and the purple pineapple is smaller yet. I plan on throwing a trellis over her and 3 others without cages when I flip.

Moving right along I have rainbow kush, black lime #2 and pineapple kush. Rainbow kush is wide and low. Black lime is a pretty slow vegger so she isn't massive yet either but is by far one of my favorites. The pineapple is getting massive. Almost as tall sat the skywalker and definitely wider. Was one of the smallest plants when I put them out too.

Next I've got the mazama weed. She went out 3 weeks after the rest and just got a cage today. Next is the devils cut that needs to be spread out with some 6' bamboo poles as soon as I can get to the feed store. And lastly is Lucy's lion. Big ol Sativa bitch that will stretch for the sky.
